Anyone over the age of 60 needs to STAY HOME. Anyone younger with a chronic condition needs to stay home. Pay them if they are essential workers who can't work remotely (as teachers should be classified). Keep in mind too that this mayhem happened in Jerusalem with a population that skews orthodox. This is the population culturally less likely to social distance or wear things on their faces. Although this was a hard lesson to learn for Israel, I applaud them for prioritizing education. And I would bet a lot of money that they will get it right this fall and won't have any deaths and far fewer cases. [/quote]
