All I know is, from early March all the Republicans I know were saying things like, “This is just like the flu, this is no big deal, Democrats are exaggerating” etc. One of these folks is a nurse from flyover country who works with seniors. You Trumpsters can quibble about wording and meaning all you want, but the overall impression Trump gave was that coronavirus was a new Dem strategy to take him down.[/quote]
+1 and Hannity straight up called it a hoax.
