I'm pretty sure this is a gently PSA to teachers, parents, and teachers. When I switched to online teaching I was shocked out how hard it was. I wasn't prepared for how drained I felt, not to mention my voice, aches from sitting too long, stress because of internet connections or technical difficulties. I've had tons of zoom meetings and have taken several online courses and never thought that [i]online teaching[/i] would be so hard. It's a million times different from being a student\participant\part of a group on zoom. It took awhile to get used to. For the first few weeks all of my downtime was spent sleeping or watching netflix and just relaxing. And I recommend fellow teachers to do the same thing for the first few weeks of school.
