I work from home full time so we can hear and see what’s going on throughout the day. She doesn’t touch her phone and the kids have an organized schedule each day of activities. I’m sure there are crappy nannies like you describe but I haven’t had a problem finding good nannies for less pay. I’m not in DC though and life in a mid sized city.[/quote]
