I'm not hard on jewelry at all.  One was a chain that holds a stone pendant.  It was literally just hanging on my necklace rack and fell off and broke.  It was the chain itself.  The repair was almost as much as buying a new chain.  The second was a watch.  The watch had two small stones on either side of the face.  One of the stones fell off.  I was in a metro station and actually saw it drop off and was able to recover the stone.  I hadn't bumped it or anything.

What surprised me most, like I said, was that they don't stand behind their product at all.  Stones should not fall out absent a hit to the piece and a chain should not just fall apart.  [/quote]
