Hope the 23" length is correct, because I still want to be able to fold over the waistband, but the world doesn't need to see my older knees. I also associate the drapey look with much older women. If you like that look, however, Pua on 7th Street in Penn Quarter has a lot of drapey/made by foreign artisan outfits.[/quote]
