Businesses that shut, including mine, stopped paying people who don’t work. Are my bosses spiteful and petty for having to make that tough decision? We would all like to be working. But if we cannot we also can’t afford to be paid to do so. [/quote] Governments aren’t businesses. They don’t have to balance the books.
