Its on federal property and I think it needs Congressional approval to be removed. Congress won’t give it for reasons surpassing understanding but arising out of the completely dysfunctional nature of the DC-federal relationship. Its behond stupid the city has been stuck with this offensive statue for so long. [/quote]
