I just paid $700 for a week of half-days. Horseback riding camp with 5 students plus instructor. Is that too much?
My kid is going to a horseback riding camp that is $930 for two weeks (10 days) of 9-4 each day. I think you overpaid. That price hasn't changed from the pre-Covid advertised price. My other kid will be attending two different day camps. One raised its prices by ~30%, while the other didn't raise theirs at all.
PP you replied to. Indeed, the cost is very different! I hope my kid enjoys it. Apparently it's strictly distant: each student will catch their own horse, prepare it, saddle and bridle. They will have 1.5 hours for riding instruction, and then groom their horse and let it out again. Then there will be a lecture on some aspect of horsemanship, and everyone has to sit apart with their own water bottle and snack. 4 hours total every day.
