I am just trying to understand the title of this post: Arizona is a disaster OP, Could you please be so kind and explain to the rest of us in the dark, how and why is the Arizona such a disaster and why, say.. Maryland is not such a disaster at all, because you know, MD is not a disaster but actually is doing really great.. So kindly please take a look at the following stats: ARIZONA Arizona Population - 7.279 million Arizona Total cases - 35,691 Arizona Total deaths- 1,188 + 3 new deaths' within the last 24h MARYLAND Maryland Population- 6.046 million Maryland Total cases- 60,613 Maryland Total deaths- 2,900 + 12 deaths within the last 24 hours Even if there is an increased number of positive cases in Arizona, that does not mean that all those cases are A. Symptomatic B. Extreme C. Requiring Hospitalization D. Ending in Death Chinses are that the epidemic is simply correcting itself and spreading to those who were previously oevrisolatin and overcorrected the curve as you remember we were supposed to FLATTEN the curve and let it go not to STOP it. Clearly the good thing in this point in epidemic is that the: Virus has WAY more mild effect on people Deaths are extremely rare in Arizona now Much more people test asymptomatic then symptomatic Not that many hospitalizations Better understanding, treatment and therapies available at this point So overall why Arizona is such a disaster? Eventually all those people would be exposed anyway but slower. We here just happened to be exposed earlier and in greater number so probably we exhausted the virus host supply.
Lol what treatments and therapies? Feel free to start a new thread, can't wait to hear them!
