If you are able to comfortably walk 5-7 miles a day, I bet you could easily start running, if that is something you want to do. You can start by just saying to your self during your walks "I will run to the 4th mailbox down the street" and then walk for a bit afterwards. Then pick another milestone and run to it. Or you could just try and run a mile and see how it goes from there. [/quote]
