Same. I could have written this. I gave in and bought a cucumber plant as two that I seeded failed to get past 4 leaves. My tatoes suck too. My corn and radish are growing by leaps and bounds. My carrots and lettuce are growing soooo slow. I have a question. If I want to add fertilizer, like with crab shells, how do I did it. Do I just spread it over the current soil? Thanks! The weather is partly to blame

yep, we picked two nice zucchini already. delicious.  We also dug up a potato plant to see what was going on as this is our first time with potatoes.  We got 4 nice (but smaller) red potatoes.  Currently we have several more zucchini and squash growing.  bean plants are huge with flowers.  Tomato plants are huge with flowers. Cucumbers just got flowers yesterday. One of the pepper plants has a pepper a little smaller than a golf ball.  But like I said...just about everything just started taking off. Zuchini plant is enormous. squash, cucumbers, and pepper plants quite small yet.[/quote]
