Girls that can use individual technical skills in gameplay are easily identified and rarer. Teams that deploy technical skills and speed of play (ball and player) to their advantage in possession and direct play over just advantage from speed and size are fewer because of the disparity in numbers of technical va speed/size. I’ve seen videos of girls ball skill mastery training, but disappears under game pressure.
Doesn’t this mean that the individual is not proficient enough with her skills then? With adequate amount of practice, certain skills become very natural and instinctual.
I am not surprised of seeing these kind of negative posts now that some clubs are doing virtual tryouts and some trying to recruit/keep players.
The intent of my post had nothing to do with tryouts, must be something on your mind. It also wasnt just about proficiency. In the end its about technical skills, awareness, adequate strength, speed of body/mind, and potentially team shape dynamic, rather than 1000 juggles.
Oh here we go again on the juggling. I doubt you even know how to evaluate technical skill of a player.
+1 🤪
