Doesn’t this mean that the individual is not proficient enough with her skills then?  With adequate amount of practice, certain skills become very natural and instinctual. [/quote]

The intent of my post had nothing to do with tryouts, must be something on your mind.

It also wasnt just about proficiency. In the end its about  technical skills, awareness, adequate strength, speed of body/mind, and potentially team shape dynamic, rather than 1000 juggles. [/quote]
