The DC guidelines are pretty clear that only kids who are mature enough to wear masks properly, and not touch them, should wear masks, as determined by the parents and providers. While two year olds technically fall under that policy, I've never met a 2yo that could be trusted to do that. It's a silly recommendation made just for show.[/quote]
