Montgomery County hasn't even opened for Phase 1 yet, so I would assume that those day camp requirements wouldn't apply for Montgomery County at all yet which is why the day camps are all cancelling. Montgomery County might not even be in Phase 2 until the end of the summer. Am I interpreting this correctly?[/quote]
