NP. It really depends on the location/elevation/soil/topography of the plot. We have a couple of acres and a river on the bottom of the lowest point. Our home is at the top so we have no concerns about the river. Even when we had heavy rains, it cut into the sides of the river more, made a broader river beach and we were fine with that as we didn't lose land, only gained more useable land.[/quote]
