Why not just have one for the taste then fill up on salad or veggies?[/quote] I'm a vegetarian and even I think only having a slice of pizza and then filling up on salad and veggies is ridiculous. Just eat what you want, and take the time to fully appreciate it. If you feel gross afterwards, you probably were eating too fast, or not really focusing on the food such that you ignored the signal that you were getting too full.[/quote]
