There are already lawsuits filed for preschools who refused to return money despite providing no service. Just because it's "non-refundable" doesn't mean that in extraordinary circumstances they should keep that money no matter what. Legally, it's a grey zone here. I would out them on social media, and get other parents to push for a refund as well, and threaten them with a lawsuit. Nobody will take your case. [/quote][/quote]
