Why is it that Seneca Creek State Park—10 min from my house—is open, but Aberdeen—also close to my house—isn’t? Makes zero sense. Both are in the same county and the difference is solely because Hogan’s team has said state parks can open, but Elrich has decided county parks can’t be open. [/quote]
