So there is no way that someone who has 2 inches and 3 pounds on me is overweight. OP: I don't know why you are not seeing the difference. I dropped from 180 to 163 and I have been able to see the difference as I have been losing weight. Maybe it is how you are doing it? I added cardio and strength training so I am seeing some toning, not a 6 pack or bulging biceps, but enough to see that my body has been changing. If you have lost the weight mainly through nutritional changes, which is how you lose weight, and not making changes in exercise it might be that your body shape has not changed that dramatically?
