There are two Concord Fire ECNL teams just miles from Tophat.  And GSA and GFA who are also ECNL just north of the city.  Top hats players in their DA program will disperse to these various clubs and the club will become weaker.  It won’t take years to happen either.  Like or hate ECNL, they have placed clubs around DA clubs and only accepted the clubs who fit gaps for them - like FC Dallas or Pipeline or Penn Fusion.[/quote]
