Has anybody addressed the context in how they were sent?  Did he send them to people unsolicited from his Peloton instagram profile? In that case I can see firing him.  But if they weren't unsolicited or if he sent them through some type of a dating/hookup app, I think its inappropriate to fire him.  He is entitled to have a private life.  [/quote]

I believe they were from his Peloton insta profile. No idea whether they were solicited or not, but I don't think that matters much. I mean, it's horrible if he sent them unsolicited, but  for Peloton it's the same - if he wants to do that, it should be from a personal account. It would be like us sending pics from a work email - not acceptable. [/quote]
