I wish they'd let Andy go. He's a douche.
Andy seems to have a very strong reputation and is considered to be one of the best trainers in the New York area. I feel like Peloton keeps him around because of that, but in so many of his workouts he just isn't great on camera. His strength program was underwhelming and he seemed awkward in so many of the workouts. Plus there was so much standing around and barely any lifting. Maybe it was a good option for people who have no lifting experience, but for people like me who have been doing the strength training programs for a while, it wasn't great. He does so much activation before every workout - sometimes it takes up half the class. I guess activation is really important, but I would prefer if they included that in a separate strength warm-up, so we can just really hit the ground running with the lifting right away. Maybe Peloton can keep him around to "train the trainers" so to speak, and take him off camera. Oliver and Jess were my favorite strength instructors. The strength workouts are really lacking now that they have taken all of Oliver's workouts down.
