There are 2 lawsuits that were brought against them and the NY AG is now involved. NYSC has now backed off and stopped collecting fees. Clubs here better be careful; there are a lot of lawyers in this town and it only takes one being miffed at how it’s being handled to sue or call up the AG. [/quote]
