If I were to do it, I would make sure to pack Clorox wipes to use at the gas station. The other issue is food/drinks. I know you’re bringing a cooler, but what are you going to be able to fit in there realistically? What are you going to eat/drink over the week without having to go to a store? Which may or may not be stocked? It seems risky, but you definitely could make it work. Can your hubby hold down the fort with schooling and his job while you’re gone?
It’s one person, of course she could bring enough food to not go to the store
I’m thinking of things for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. She can fit raw chicken and what not in her cooler? What about butter or eggs? Unless she’s just planning to just eat bread all week that won’t cut it. And if she wants cereal she would need milk. Since when does milk fit or last in a cooler? What will her dinners be? I’m assuming lunch meat for lunch? Would that keep well in her cooler?
