The leave has nothing to do with telework: it allows you time off to care for kids. Whether you telework or work on site when you are not on leave, is irrelevant. Read the link, it's a Q&A.[/quote] It is written as if a ton of federal employees would qualify. However, most agencies are excluded. My agency flatly came out and said it does not apply to us.
