So if you choose the 50% cycling that mean you will receive $40 in bill credits prorated for each month of cooling season.....    Does this mean $40 per month or $40 total? Also, they act like they are doing you a huge favor by covering the cost of the thermostat.  Why make us go through the trouble to file a reimbursement? Just send someone out and install the damn thing yourselves![/quote]
