I would agree that more space and privacy for the summer would be nice. If you can afford a Jersey Shore rental, can you afford a summer rental 1-3 hours from DC? No need to stop for gas / bathrooms. Easy to come home if something changes, no need to worry about family visiting who have not been isolating and you could “run home” for a second round of baby things if you were desperate.

I also imagine you have jobs that allow for summer telework so that if SIP orders are lifted you don’t have to be in the office the next day[/quote]
