OP here - yes, I have to work and have no other childcare and no other support.  So I wouldn't be able to do my job without her.  Our school is required to stay open by DC Gov't so I have to continue working (remotely). [/quote]

Pretty sure half the posters in the childcare threads are arguing against paying their daycares and nannies while no services are being provided. We are paying but I'm betting it's by far not everyone...[/quote]
