Actually you are the same guy posting and reposting.  Lawyers like to hear themselves talk. 
If you were really a lawyer you’d know VA doesn’t do class action anyway.   I’ve represented several nonprofit clubs in a variety 
Of sports circumstances and litigation.  Lawyers and people bring cases all the time.  Go review the Flint Hill case in Fairfax where parents sued the school successfully on tuition refund language and adhesion language.   If someone brought a claim
They’d get a hearing and they might win.    Your firm can lead the defense good for you.   If you actually try cases as a trial lawyer (which you don’t at best you are a litigator or think you are) maybe you can get it by your pro bono committee.   Hopefully that’s the biggest thing we all have to worry about.

The last poster is correct we don’t need lawyers rattling sabres.   Original poster and the thread are legitimate concerns and deserve better answers and more respect than loudmouth lawyers crowing about what they’ll do.
