As for housing, look at the legislation the Council passed last week, requiring landlords to provide A/C in all rental units. That just raised the rents for units that don't have it, and why not let tenants decide if they want to rent a unit without A/C (they can always buy their own unit)? Usual anti-business stuff.

He doesn't have a plan on housing at all. It's just "more density" but no infrastructure improvements to coincide with that. Who's going to be a big challenger for him next time he's up for election? I think Riemer is angling for it but I don't think he's very competent either.[/quote]
