Except many places in the US are seeing high housing costs, including areas that don't have much illegal immigrants living there. But only here, the cost is being driven by illegal immigrants?  I don't think so.  How many illegal immigrants are able to afford new TH going for $750K+?   Or you are thinking that it's only worth that much because the cheaper ones are being bought up by illegal immigrants?  Somehow, I doubt that.   These are two different markets.  There are just a lot of educated people in the area, people with good paying jobs. That's what drives up housing costs.[/quote]
