And if you had treated them with a bit of normal politeness, I have no doubt they would have readily jumped up and got out of the way so you could use the swing. I almost wonder if you were intimidated by them for some reason, afraid to approach them, and then annoyed with yourself for not having the basic nerve to have a normal interaction. If it were other moms and kids you would have stood there and asked for a turn at some point, right? Same thing here. Just ask politely for a turn. [/quote]
