Happy to report back my observations. It makes complete sense that these clubs would set up shop all over the U.S. Lots of money to be made thus my money grab comment. I'm curious to see if the training is indeed as advertised and is any sort of an improvement over the local clubs. Can't hurt to have some different brands, philosophies and methods to drive up competition in the marketplace. But, yeah, these are not pathways to the club academies. I kind of like it that Benfica calls it a "soccer school" as a differentiation from their academy.[/quote]
