In theory if the govt stocks the facilities with sufficient provisions, they can quarantine themselves and have staff sleep overnight at the plant for the month or two of quarantine, but I doubt they are prepping like that. Disruptions in power and water are possible, hence why I'm amused by all the preppers stocking expensive meat in a freezer.[/quote]
