PP, did you read the ICA that laid out exactly how the Russians interfered in the 2016 elections, not to mention ALL the articles that did so as well, and the SSCI report?

They're using many of the same tools now, which are basically using armies of trolls to exacerbate social tensions in the USA to undermine faith in our elections and amplify Trump.
