It is made up of smaller clubs A teams.[/quote] That is "semi-true". The top PWSI or VSA teams for example are watered down significantly as their top players are with VDA. The same is true for Richmond Kickers and Strikers who have their best playing ECNL with Richmond United. Lastly, the top players at FCV play for their DA teams. So basically 5 of the 11 teams may have their official "top teams" in NPL, but their best players are NOT on those teams. [/quote]
