Example:  We eat dinner around 5ish and then i work out my upper body with dumbbells in the family room for 15-minutes.  Then some yoga stretches.  Prepare lunches for the next day, put away laundry, then bed. Each day is a little different.

Kids are allowed one activity each.  All lights and devices (which we strictly monitor)  out by 10pm as  it is lights up for the kids at 6am. They have no problems as they see mom and dad get up and work out /get ready early.  Husband also follows 10pm-6am regime of the kids.

I am not naturally an early morning person (used to sleep til 7am)  but when i changed careers at 40 and had  to be at work at 7am it just became habit.  Now i can't not get up early and work out. Life is too busy after work for that to happen. [/quote]
