We declined to fill a Tamiflu prescription that we got at urgent care after the doctor's description of the hallucination side effects, which he said have led to kids injuring themselves - wasn't clear if that was active self harm or deciding they could fly or what but I decided to hold off until we could talk to our normal pediatrician.  When I called the next morning, our normal ped said they no longer prescribe Tamiflu for kids without other risk factors such as asthma, because of the hallucinations.  Would they have prescribed it for the kid in the article? I have no idea.  But from what I understand, the hallucinations are potentially dangerous.
