Not to mention unspeakably cruel. The OP is a clever troll. Yes, there are better and worse plant-based foods to eat - I've stopped drinking almond milk; I drink soy milk now instad, and might switch to oat milk. Animal products are the real enemies, though. It's the pollution, it's the resources used, it's the habitat loss. That, and the incredible cruelty.[/quote]
