I've been wearing various seamless type thongs under leggings for HIIT classes but they are SO uncomfortable. All the movements and variations has the thong wedged in the worst manner possible. Is there any solution to this?? I'm not interested in going commando, but know some do. The leggings I have are seamless, so any type of non thong underwear would be visible. Is there such thing as an exercise thong that doesn't budge? Bonus if it is a high rise.
Well get leggings with some Sean's to draw away the eye. Or looser fitting ones. Or workout in shorts (gasp). To this day, I've never understood these leggings and yoga pants people wear. How can you workout in that stuff? Constricting, holds in moisture, way too tight, 99% spandex. I cant think of a worst material to do something like HIT, like OP is doing, or any other heart pounding exercise. Do you wear them to passive aggressively show off your butt and legs and let people know "yea, I workout and I'm hot (and a mom to boot)"?
How is it hard to understand that different people feel comfortable in different things? I can’t imagine doing HIIT in anything other than tight leggings, and I am NOT showing off (I wish!). Shorts ride up or rub between my thighs and having bare legs getting up and down the floor is uncomfortable. Sweatpants/joggers are too hot and the extra fabric bunches. What other options are there? Good leggings provide support and stay put no matter how much jumping and moving and running I do. Just wish I looked better in them!
Op here. I’m not at all trying to show off anything, but I prefer to wear leggings during class and workouts for some of the reasons above. Plus it is cold out. In the summer, I do wear shorts to workout often. Thanks to those who offered something helpful.
Op no need to explain yourself to these crazies. Haha I like the VS seamless undies. They are a good price as mentioned. There is definitely nothing wrong with tailoring your undergarments to your outfit. No difference between wearing a strapless bra with a shirt that requires it and finding appropriate underwear for tighter pants.
