Rather than expand West Potomac by over 700 seats why not add 350 to both West Potomac and McLean and move some West Potomac kids to Mount Vernon?  The only reason they’d ever build WestPo out to 3000 is bias against Mount Vernon. [/quote]

The additions off renovation cycle are so sketch.  One thing the prior and current school board never does is call out the porky pig projects of Madame Chair Corbett Sanders.  In this meeting they do mention additions off cycle and the fact that those additions impact available funds for the renovation line-up.  No one has the courage to say those unneeded additions impact overcrowded areas.

Schultz was more palateable than Corbett Sanders.  A farce.
