The problems though are it counts as square footage (which makes the need for expanding less easy to argue), it is not very secure, sound issues, exposure to elements while walking to cass (with no time to get jacket and umbrella), etc. McLean is not in line yet for renovations so we are talking about something that even with lobbying cannot happen for a number of years.[/quote]
