San Antonio and Austin ... I think you’ll be bored there with kids unless you’re staying at a hotel or resort that is the main attraction. What kinds of things are you planning to do? Maybe combine it with a dude ranch and do a night in each city. The main attractions in San Antonio are Alamo which would be super boring with kids and the Riverwalk which is really just a restaurant district. Austin has good food and pretty parks but there isn’t much for kids to do. [/quote]
