I'm the OTES PP (or one of them): this description is not consistent with my experience there.  There's someone on this board who really, really dislikes OTES.  That's fine.  There are parents like that at every school.

Someone asked about Rock View--I've also heard great things from folks with kids there.  Again, the main difference between that, OTES, and Singer, is the dual-language immersion program at OTES.  If that's important, I'd want to start from K, rather than wait and see, but YMMV.[/quote]
