Really?  Seems a lot of hate groups on NOVA based on this map below and one would guess they prefer things "the way they were."

Granted, now your governor is trying to abolish Lee Jackson day and join the 20th century.  But your republican lawmakers are putting up a stink about that.  They believe in celebrating your heritage.  Try to separate yourselves from the rest of your state, but you can't.  Virginia is the south and a large amount of your population celebrate the Confederacy.  Especially this Friday!  Go on an have a nice time.  And for those of you in state jobs getting the day off, enjoy that free time because your Generals earned it for you.

? Frederick County MD?  I had not heard that.  Frederick is becoming bluer; the center of Frederick is blue.

What is kind of funny is that west virginia invited frederick county to join their state.

I'm actually ok with the rest of virginia turning into a new state and leaving NOVA as "virginia"
