May also use a backend credit card processing system that is separate from their main web pages, which they have no direct control over.  If that processor isn't ready for the volume it will just send errors to the Calleva front end pages.  Still entirely foreseeable.  [/quote]

That is a possibility too l but the fact that it wasn't linking to PayPal at all either makes me think it was web hosting/script bottleneck issue.   I'd like to know![/quote]
