They are both 3rd bracket -- Platinum The color indicator means different sub-group, the cup organizer felt the are many team at Platinum level, thus designated different colors. However, BRYC is Superior. Loudoun is Platinum, so BRYC is only one division above and not three. So OK. In the Premier Group (2nd from the bottom) PAC can play Burke. They are almost neighboring clubs.[/quote]
