With pubic hair starting to come in about 6 months after. And yes, 14 is on the later side for boys. Constitutional delay of growth and puberty is considered when a boy hasn't started testicle enlargement by the age of 14. Although it's still considered "normal", just on the later end of normal.[/quote]
