[/quote] Nope. 1. There are other acceptable reasons, not just the one you listed as being the only one. Others include nonpayment of rent, significant damage to property, violations of lease agreement, decision to demolish property (or significant renovation), as well as using the home for immediate personal use. 2. In DC, a Notice to Quit usually requires a 30-day notice, but not always even that much under specific circumstances. [/quote]
